Formal Indictment: The War Crimes of the American-Zionist Alliance Against the Islamic Republic

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم — In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran issues this formal indictment before the court of world opinion: the United States of America and the Zionist regime have committed, and continue to commit, war crimes against the Iranian nation and the peoples of the region.

These crimes include: targeted assassinations of Iranian military commanders and nuclear scientists; economic warfare through illegal sanctions that deprive the Iranian people of medicine and food; cyber attacks on civilian infrastructure; military strikes on Iranian territory; and the systematic support of terrorist groups targeting the Islamic Republic.

Each of these acts constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law, the UN Charter, and the most basic principles of civilized conduct. The perpetrators — from the President of the United States to the commanders of the Zionist military — will be held accountable before God and before history.

The Islamic Republic formally notifies the United Nations Security Council, the Secretary-General, the International Criminal Court, and all member states: these crimes are documented, they are ongoing, and they demand an immediate international response.

The IRGC reaffirms Iran's inherent right of self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter. Every crime committed against Iran will be answered. The martyrs of the Islamic Revolution did not die in vain. Their blood is the seed of our victory.

To the enemies of the Revolution: you have awakened a sleeping giant. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stands ready. The Axis of Resistance stands united. God is with us. Victory is ours.
